Cattle Drive

One of the highlights in summer is our authentic Cattle Drive. After an introductory day on the ranch about 350 cows, calves and bulls are rounded up over two days. Together with the cowboys on the neighboring ranch we drive the whole herd to the first stage: an old historic cow camp. We finish the day at the camp fire under the fantastic stars of the Chilcotin sky. The next morning after a classical cowboy breakfast with eggs and bacon we travel to the approximately 1600 meter high summer pasture in Big Creek Provincial Park. The Cattle Drive ends with the traditional Round-Up-Dinner after we have returned to the ranch.
